I recently had a reverse osmosis system installed by Saltech in Lamu, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, the installation was smooth and straightforward. I’m drawing water from a saltwater well with around 30,000 TDS, and the new system consistently produces clean water with under 300 TDS.
The machine itself is solid, well-built, and clearly designed to last. But what really sets Saltech apart is the outstanding support. Junaid and his team are incredibly responsive – it genuinely feels like having a support team on speed dial 24/7. They reply quickly to emails and WhatsApp messages, making communication effortless.
Another major plus is that Saltech now has a maintenance team based right here in Lamu, so servicing and repairs are quick and hassle-free. Their regular visits to the island also mean easy access to parts, routine check-ups, and ongoing support whenever needed.
Overall, this installation has been a major upgrade for us, and I highly recommend Saltech for anyone considering a reverse osmosis system in the region.

It's such a pity that google only have 5 stars as I would've given them 6 Stars & more !!!. I haven't came across such incredible service in yonks ! A humungous shout out to Junaid, Ashley and The Bossman himself Warren - You guys rock !!! that's all there is to it. Nothing too small or too big and from my experience I have to say that you guys really do care about customer service and that you go the extra mile and for that I Thank each and every one of you. Keep up the friendly and excellent service and all the best for the years ahead !

The spec/export/import/installation process went very smoothly and the system is now working.
Having a few Saltech systems in the area probably helps with the backup and improving local cover.
Simple teething problems have been sorted and with excellent WhatsApp based support from the SA office, all is well.

Great service helps with all aspects of purification. Incredibly willing to share knowledge and give advice would recommend them for any water purification problems
Warren and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional and personal. I had no idea what type or scale of desalination we needed when I contacted them, but after a good chat with Warren I felt like I understood what was needed. Would highly recommend.
